I dunno. I think she’s just trying to figure out what to do with the mess. And a bloody huge crow skull and pile of feathers I think counts as mess.
I hope Crowley stays dead. Or if he does come back, as comic relief. Like being Daddy Devil’s whipping boy instead of Lilith.

Good point, but it could be more to do with the fact that the Lilithu act like they are children than the fact that he is actually old. Remember, when you’re 8, everyone above 18 is a geezer. And the fear may have more to do with the fact that they are in hell (or demon realm or wherever exactly they are) than anything to do with Crowley.
